1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Shiny Dental Lab's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Shiny Dental Lab provides dental laboratory services including but not limited to the fabrication of crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and other dental prosthetics. Our services are provided exclusively to registered dental practitioners.

3. Orders and Prescriptions

• All orders must be accompanied by a complete dental prescription (Rx form).
• We reserve the right to reject orders with incomplete or unclear instructions.
• The prescribing dentist is responsible for the accuracy of all case information provided.
• Digital scans must meet our quality standards for processing.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are as quoted at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise arranged.
• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery and Turnaround

Standard turnaround times are provided as estimates only. While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

6. Quality and Warranty

• All restorations are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
• Warranty terms vary by product type - see our Warranty Schedule for details.
• Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling, adjustment, or patient factors.

7. Returns and Remakes

• Remakes due to laboratory error will be provided at no charge.
• Remakes due to changes in prescription or dentist error may incur additional charges.
• All returns must be authorized before shipping back to the laboratory.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shiny Dental Lab's liability is limited to the cost of the restoration provided. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services. The prescribing dentist retains full responsibility for patient care and treatment outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All digital designs, processes, and materials developed by Shiny Dental Lab remain our intellectual property. Digital case files provided by dental practices are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
